Laundry Shop System

I was once approached by a laundry shop owner to develop a website for his shop and also develop an in-house system to manage his business. I has stucked due to some personal issue (car accident) and never continue since then. I am regret I didn't take the oppurtunity. I am not sure any system in the market now provide what he wants or probably needed by many laundry shop owners. I guess I want to start the development of this system one day. When ya?
